If it takes a skilled person a few hours or less and does not need a licensed specialist, it is probably a handyman job. When in doubt, call/text 587-317-9242 and describe it. We will tell you straight.
Is there a minimum charge?
Every visit is quoted clearly before work starts. Bundling several small jobs into one visit is the best value, which is why we encourage you to send the whole list.
Do you supply materials?
We can pick up standard materials and include them in your quote, or work with materials you already have. Either way, you will see the costs clearly before we start.
What if the job turns out to be bigger than expected?
We will stop, explain what we found, and quote the real fix before continuing. You are never committed to work you did not approve.
How much will my repair cost?
Every job gets a written quote before any work starts. Some smaller jobs have a minimum charge depending on the work. You’ll always know the price before we begin.
